MY WIFE AND I JUST SAW JOURNEY IN BIRMINGHAM LAST NIGHT, OMG,THAT WAS THE BEST CONCERT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. IT WAS A LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE. THE ENERGY BROUGHT TO THE STAGE WAS HEADS AND SHOULDERS ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY SHOW I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED.
THE NEW SONGS RECAPTURE THE JOURNEY MAGIC, THIS BAND WILL ONCE AGAIN TURN THE WORLD ON ITS EAR. MY TWO SONS HAVE ALSO BECOME NEW FANS. FAVORITE SONGS, OF COURSE THE CLASSICS, PLUS, "NEVER WALK AWAY","SUNSHOWER", "WILDEST DREAMS", AND DEEN'S "MOTHER,FATHER."
MY WIFE AND I ARE TOUCHED BY ARNEL'S STORY AND HOW THESE GODS OF ROCK REACHED OUT TO HIM AND BROUGHT HIM INTO THEIR WORLD. EVERYTHING THAT THESE GUYS HAVE ENDURED IS TRULY INSPIRING. IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT GOOD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE.

Great show, Cheap Trick was awesome, but Journey held nothing back. Without heart they stretched their shoe to 2 plus hours, here is a partial list of songs not in order and I dont know if I got them all: Never Walk Away, Change For the Better, Wildest Dream, After all these years, Only the young, dont stop believing, wheel in the sky, faithfully, any way you want it, whos crying now, separate ways, lights, open arms, stone in love, chain reaction, mother/father, along with these came jonathans piano solo, neils guitar solo, and jonathans and neils mandolin/harmonica solo. great show

What a great night. Journey was a phoenix last night. I had my doubts going into last nights show. They were dispelled after Arnel broke into "Never Walk Away". Arnel's was invigorating, and a breath of fresh air.
While I will always remember Steve Perry, Greg Rolie, Steve Smith, and Aynsley Dunbar. It will never take me away from the sound and lyrics of Journey. The first time I saw Journey live was December 6, 1986 without Ross Valory. They were good then, but they are better now.
The show was amazing. Last night's set list is as follows:
2. Only The Young
Neal's solo
3. Stone In Love - My favorite Journey song, and a great summer song.
4. Ask The Lonely
5. After All These Years - Journey still ROCKS.
6. Seperate Ways
Jonathan and Neal's magical musical duet building up to
7. Change For The Better
8. Send Her My Love
9. Mother, Father - Arnel nailed it. My second favorite Journey song.
10. Lights
Jonathan's piano solo
11. Open Arms
12. Don't Stop Believin' - Loved the Sopranao gun for the R in Journey.
13. Faithfully
14. Rubicon
15. I haven't bought Revelation, but now I am.
16. Wheel In The Sky
17. Anyway You Want It
18. E5C4P3
19. Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'
The only problem I had was the traffic getting to the show. I don't know what the Pelham Police were doing by blocking access to the venue, but that was the only bad thing I can say.
Just a beautiful performance, and I can't wait to experience my Journey into the future.

Loc: Bremen Georgia Wow what a great show !!!! this was my 18th Journey concert and me and my son had a great time i was lucky in sitting in the 4th row on Neil side the band really looked much different in a good way they looked revived and they really look happy again Arnel is a fresh air to this band and he has pashion in singing and has a wonderfull personality and a great heart.
you can tell the band members love him
The over all set list was very good as they must be reading the fan request as they put back in mother father and took out whos crying now which i like both but understand they only have 2 hrs
I am from Ohio and live in Georgia so i traveled 2 hrs to see the show i want to note that the people around me were so nice and they danced and sang on every song Alabama should be proud on how everyone conducted themselves at the show it was a great night for Journey and their music i look foward to the next time
